Security Guard Responsibilities

• To guarantee a secure environment for visitors, staff, and property, hotel staff monitor and patrol the property.
• Control entry to the hotel and confirm visitors’ and guests’ identities.
• To find and address any security issues, conduct routine inspections of hotel areas, including entrances, corridors, and public areas.
• Immediately take necessary action in response to alerts, emergencies, or incidents, and report incidents to the proper management or authorities.
• Work together with the hotel’s personnel and management to uphold the property’s rules for security and order.
• Help visitors with their questions and give them directions to improve their stay.
• Handle lost and found objects and adhere to the relevant safeguards before returning them to visitors.
• Inform management or the appropriate personnel of any suspicious behavior or people.
• Keep complete logs and records of security-related activities and incidents.

Requirements

• 3 years or more of security guard experience working in hotels is required.
• Anyone from any country is eligible to apply.
• A No Objection Certificate (NOC) must be in your possession.
• Strong security processes and practices knowledge and the capacity to enforce rules.
• Outstanding communication and observational abilities to spot and report security risks.
• To conduct routine patrols and react promptly to emergencies, one must be physically fit.
• Focus on customer service to help visitors and keep a friendly environment.
• The capacity to function in a fast-paced setting and remain composed under pressure.
• It helps to be familiar with security tools and techniques.
