In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the safety and security of our property, staff, and visitors. We are looking for someone who can keep a vigilant watch on our premises, respond quickly to incidents, and maintain a calm, secure environment.

Key Responsibilities

As a Security Guard, your primary duties will include:

• Conducting regular patrols to monitor and secure the premises.
• Overseeing entry and exit points, verifying and authorizing access for employees, visitors, and other personnel.
• Observing surveillance systems and identifying suspicious activities.
• Responding promptly to alarms and investigating disturbances.
• Documenting daily activities, including any irregular incidents such as property damage, theft, unauthorized access, or unusual occurrences.
• Assisting guests and employees by providing directions and support when necessary.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, candidates should have:

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in security or a related field is advantageous.
• A valid security guard license (if mandated by local laws).
• Excellent attention to detail and strong observational skills.
• The ability to remain calm and act decisively in stressful situations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Physical stamina to stand or walk for long durations.
