We are currently seeking highly motivated individuals to join our Security Forces team. As a Security Officer/Security Guard, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients and their assets.

Responsibilities

Protecting Property and Assets: Maintain a constant presence at designated locations, such as commercial establishments, residential areas, or industrial sites, to deter unauthorized access, theft, vandalism, and other security threats. Conduct regular patrols to identify potential risks and take appropriate action to prevent incidents.

Crowd Control and Access Control: Monitor and manage access points, ensuring that only authorized individuals enter restricted areas. Maintain order and control during events or crowded situations to prevent disturbances or unauthorized activities.

Requirements

Education and Training: A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Additional certifications or training in security-related fields such as first aid, fire safety, or crowd control are advantageous.

Experience: Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or military is preferred. Demonstrated knowledge of security protocols and procedures is desirable.

Physical Fitness: Must be physically fit and capable of standing, walking, and patrolling for extended periods. Ability to respond quickly to emergencies and physically intervene when necessary.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Ability to effectively communicate with individuals from diverse backgrounds and handle difficult situations tactfully.

Integrity and Professionalism: Strong sense of integrity and a professional demeanor. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.

Flexibility: Willingness to work in rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays. Ability to adapt to changing work schedules and assignments.

Qatar Residency: Must possess a valid residency permit (QID) and work visa in Qatar.

Language Skills: Knowledge of Arabic or any additional language is a plus.
