Farm Worker Job in Canada Full Time

This exciting opportunity is for a Farm Worker at 4 Brothers Farm and Cannery in Surrey, BC, Canada. Seven months to less than a year of experience working with animals, keeping an eye on their health, reining, preparing show horses, feeding and caring for them, operating and maintaining farm machinery and equipment, maintaining stables, barns, barnyards, and pens, and training horses are required for this position.

Responsibilities

These are the duties to be fulfilled by the Farm Worker

  • Treat animals with kindness and consideration for their welfare.
  • Keep an eye on and maintain the farm animals’ health.
  • Take part in activities related to show horse preparation and reining.
  • Feed and take care of the animals in your charge.
  • Manage and guarantee the appropriate upkeep of agricultural machinery and apparatus.
  • Maintain pens, barns, stables, and barnyards tidy and orderly.

Requirements

These are the requirements

  • No diploma, certificate, or degree is necessary.
  • Seven months to less than a year of practical experience performing tasks related to farming.
  • The capacity to handle and tend to a variety of animals.
  • Familiarity with reining and preparing show horses.
  • Proficiency with the use and upkeep of farm equipment.
  • Both physical stamina and manual labor proficiency.
  • Authorize to work in Canada
