We are seeking an experienced and personable Waiter or Waitress to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in creating a positive dining experience for our guests by taking orders, delivering food and beverages, and providing exceptional customer service. We’re looking for someone who demonstrates patience, a friendly personality, and the perseverance to succeed in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and guide customers to their tables.
• Present the menu and offer detailed information about dishes, including ingredients, portion sizes, and any potential food allergies.
• Set up tables with linens, silverware, and glasses before each meal service.
• Inform customers about daily specials.
• Make personalized menu recommendations when requested.

Requirements and Skills:

• Proven experience as a Waiter or Waitress.
• Familiarity with cash registers and ordering systems like Revel POS or Toast POS.
• Basic math skills for handling payments.
• Attentiveness, patience, and strong customer service skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
