Responsibilities

As a Farm Worker, your key responsibilities will include

• Planting, growing, and harvesting different kinds of crops.
• Utilizing and caring for a range of agricultural machinery and equipment.
• Putting in place pest control measures and offering assistance with irrigation systems.
• Helping with the market’s produce sorting and packing process.
• Ensuring the farm’s general upkeep and cleanliness.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have

• 1 year of previous experience working as a farm worker.
• The capacity to carry out physical activities in a range of weather conditions.
• Fundamental understanding of farm machinery and operations.
• Exemplary work ethic and dedication to farm tasks.
