• Task Organization: Plan and organize daily work tasks for efficient farm operations.
• Crop Management: Plant, cultivate, irrigate, weed, fertilize, and spray crops.
• Harvesting: Harvest crops with care, ensuring high-quality produce.
• Machinery Operation: Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment.
• Agricultural Services: Provide crop services such as plowing, irrigating, cultivating, spraying, and harvesting.
• General Farm Duties: Perform various general farm tasks to support operations.
• Quality Inspection: Examine products for quality and market readiness.

Skills and Requirements:

• Physical Stamina: Ability to perform manual labor and work in various weather conditions.
• Team Player: Work effectively with other farm workers and management.
